Ventura
Built for nip pressure, adhesive and heat — the converting floor.

Converting punishes rubber differently from printing. A lamination or solventless nip roller lives under sustained pressure and heat, in contact with adhesive that would like to become part of the cover. Ventura is the line built for that: pressure, gumming, splitting, lamination and solventless positions, where the failure mode is not glazing but deformation, adhesive pick-up and edge break-up.

Why it is specified
- Formulated for sustained nip pressure without deformation
- Resistant to adhesive pick-up on gumming and lamination duty
- Holds profile and crown under load and heat
- Available for pressure, splitting and solventless positions
- Hardness and crown ground to the machine's specification
Best for
- Lamination and solventless lamination lines
- Gumming and pressure roller positions
- Splitting and converting duty
Other lines.
Every line is formulated around an ink system. If yours is changing, the compound should change with it.
